Open to club members and their guests.
Bring your appetite and your competitive spirit -- things are about to get deliciously serious. Smokers are fired up, secret rubs are being guarded like national treasures, and bragging rights are on the line. Come taste, vote, and maybe roll home afterward.
Rules:
Best pork ribs and best beans cook off
Ribs must be PORK
Contestants do not pay and neither do their spouses
Others $20 per person, kids 15 and under $10.
All proceeds go to the general fund.
